 | Built in on old town house newly renivated to make a clean, secure home away from home for all our guests, we are situated in a quiet neibourhood 5 minutes from ovalo Gutierrez and 10 minutes from Parque Keniddy in the centre of miraflores. | | With quiet surroundings abig garden and huge common areas we´ve made sure that you can space to yourselve when you want it or meet other travellers and chat in our cozy lounges. | | We have 24 hour reception to help you with any questions or problems you may have in the city, 24 hour hot water so you can have a warm shower anytime you arrive or after spending the day lazing in the hammacks in our suuny garden. | | Breakfast is included in the price, but when the mornings done, you can use our huge double kitchen to cook for yourselves or ask at reception and we´ll get any thing you want delivered. |

we are siuated on the border of miraflores and San isidro, 3 blocks from the famous huaca pucllana, and a five minute walk from the shops, resturants and bars on conquistadores and ovalo Gutierrez. We are also a 5 minute walk from the lovely Parque Olivar. | | Directions | From the airport:-Turn right out of the airport onto elmer faucett and follow the road until the the final T junction with la marina, turn left onto La marina and follow until you reach the junction with Javier prado oeste, continue straight on javier prado oeste until you reach Calle Arequipa, follow arequipa for aprox 15 blocks, and then turn right onto calle teruel, Follow for 2 blocks and turn right onto Calle independencia. We are two and a half blocks down on yourright hand side. | | Transportation | We would recomend not to take the local buses with all your bags, Theres taxis all over the city, so there easy to flag down.
