FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST Our spacious hostel is located right in the heart of Cairns City. Being only Pub-style Backpackers in Cairns, Shenannigans is one of the best places to meet locals and travellers alike –The atmosphere is great with 3 bars, great meal deals at the bistro, big screens everywhere you look, pool tables, a gaming room and free entertainment 4 nights a week. We offer a range of accommodation to suit all travelers from spacious dorms, to cosy double rooms and most with a choice of shared facilities or ensuite. The new hostel is located upstairs section of the Heritage Listed pub, has bright rooms surrounded by the huge historic balcony. The motel-style rooms feature private ensuites & colour television, aircondtioning and bar fridge and are located in a seperate building right next door to the Tropical Beer Garden.
	HOSTEL Rooms are air-conditioned, have private refrigeration (so no one can steal your food!) and are very clean and well maintained. You can either use the fully equipped kitchen to cook for yourself, or take advantage of the awesome half-price meal deal for guests! Fully equipped guest laundry with washers & dryers, you can hang out in the lounge area and watch the huge TV or you can catch Fox & Setanta Sports in the bars. All linen is included
	At our Tour Desk & Internet Cafe, the staff will do everything they can for your Stay in Cairns. Our staff use their combined experience (over 15 years!) to give you honest advice on the right tours to go on- be it the best rafting trip, reef experience, or rainforest trek – and almost every tour in Cairns will pick you up from right outside our door! We’re also able to book tours not just in Cairns but all over Australia and can give you plenty of information about traveling the rest the country!
	Shenannigans is right in the middle of everything – getting to most places will only take you 2 minutes or 10 minutes (depending on how fast you walk!) Train & Bus stations, the Esplanade lagoon, Nightclubs, Cairns Central Shopping Centre and all the main amenities are right next door to us.
