Bus Route (TTC)
accessing TTC subways, from Downtown Toronto take East Bound Subway to Kennedy Station.
2.From Kennedy Station take Bus# 43 North.
Off at Brigstock on the east side, opposite KFC and Taco Bell Restaurants. Ask the driver to call out the stop for you.
4.Cross the street to West side on to Brigstock Road and walk alongside KFC and Taco Bell to Gilroy Drive 1 min.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
-Check Out Time is 12 Noon
-Payment in full required for entire duration of stay on arrival/check-in.
-Consumption or usage of illegal products or substances is prohibited by Law.
-This facility is Non-Smoking.
-Person(s) without previous reservation are not permitted.
-Check-in Form is to be completed by all persons in the room. Government ID information if required to be filled in the form.
-Guest(s) are to keep the premises clean and dry, specially the shared bathroom(s) and Kitchen.
-Any damage or breakage to property and its contents are chargeable to the customer to replace/repair or both.
-Room Keys Locked inside the room a charge of $20.00 is payable. On information it can take upto 3 hours for the room to be opened.
-Lost Room Keys a charge of $50.00 is payable and may take upto 3 hours to open the room. New Keys will be provided during business hours only.
-Any monies, charges due from the customer are settled in cash or charged to credit card.
-Customers are expected to maintain a quiet atmosphere and refrain from disturbing other guests. On failing to do so, the management has the right to cancel reservation and customer has to leave the premises. There will be no refund of any room charges paid.
-Room charges and other prices for services are subject to change anytime.
-Incase of Fire or Emergency please dial 911
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
-Check Out Time is 12 Noon.
-Reservations are booked and confirmed on first come first basis.
-Reservation Cancellation has to be made 2 days before the Arrival Date.
-Advance Deposit is refundable if cancellation made 2 days prior to the arrival date.
-Reservation Cancellation made less than 48 hours from arrival date is subject to one night room charge(s) - payable and will be charged to your credit card and / or a bill will be raised for payment in the name of the customer.
-Rooms vacated by guest before the maturity of the reserved stay period do not qualify for refund of room charges.
-Reservations made prior to increase in room charges will be honored.
-Guest/Customer has to inform management by Email: least 48hours in advance for extension of stay. In default management is not obligated to extend the stay/reservation . In event of increase in charges, the new rates will apply.
-All disputes and settlements are subject to Jurisdiction of Province of Ontario, Canada. |
