Edinburgh's City Centre Guest house offers Great value quality hostel accommodation in the very heart of Edinburgh city centre. We are only two minutes from train and bus stations, a stone's throw away from world renowned Princes Street and a short walk from Edinburgh Castle.
There are few better locations to explore the vibrant and cultural city of Edinburgh with all its cafes, bars and clubs.
You will enjoy your stay in any of our spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. Guests may choose from our double, twin or family rooms or one of the newly refurbished 4,6 or 8 person dorm rooms. From the Airport, take Turnhouse Road towards Edinburgh City Centre 1.6 miles. Turn left onto the A8 towards Edinburgh City Centre for approximately 4 miles. You will pass Haymarket Station on the right. Carry straight on into Haymarket Terrace and Shandwick Place. The City Centre Guesthouse is on the right hand side of Shandwick Place about 70 yards from Princes Street.
From Airport by Express Coach Airlink 100: Ask the driver to let you off at Shandwick Place which is the last stop before Princes Street. Cross the road and you will see our entrance which is beside the British Heart Foundation Shop.
Bus Station Directions
From St Andrew’s Bus Station: Follow Princes Street West towards the Caledonian Hotel and into Shandwick Place. We are located at 87 Shandwick Place which is on the left hand side of the road next to the British heart foundation.
Train Station Directions
From Waverley Railway Station: Follow Princes Street west, towards the Caledonian Hotel and into Shandwick Place.
