	A few tips about Hanoi travel: We want to protect customers from scam artists who operate at the airport. A few taxi drivers will claim that your hotel is full and that they must take you to a different hotel. This is untrue. We do provide a pickup service from the airport with common fare of 14 US dollars if you inform us of your flight number and arrival time. A staff member will wait for you with a sign in the airport lobby and you will be taken by private car to our hotel. Please consider using this service.
