This new luxury guesthouse is located in La Condesa, which is one of the best and most popular neighborhoods of Mexico City, just steps from many of the best bars and restaurants that the city has to offer, but on a quiet and safe street. It´s a quiet and tranquil place, perfect for visitors on vacation, business people and students.

The house is also very close to many of the city´s principal museums and parks, and several metro stations. This place is new, recently remodeled and redecorated for your maximum comfort.

We have three guestrooms with double beds, and shared bathroom which includes a bathtub as well as shower. We also have one individual room with its own bathroom. The house has a large and fully equipped shared kitchen, wireless internet as well as a public internet terminal, cable television, and a large and comfortable shared livingroom and diningroom.

The owner lives on the premises, and speaks both English and Spanish, and is very knowledgeable about the city and is happy to help you plan your visit once you arrive. Tour booking to sites outside of the city is also available. Our rooms are available for both long-term and short-term visits.

There are laudromats and grocery stores nearby for your convenience.

Breakfast is included daily from 8:30 to 10 AM, and includes eggs, yogurt, juice, bread, fresh fruit, coffee and tea. Pickup from the Mexico City airport is also available upon request, free of charge (reservations for pickup must be made at least three days in advance).

Guests have their own keys to the apartment and may come and go as they wish.
